Your areas of responsibility will include:

  • Developing, maintaining and growing relationships with clients of varying sizes and industries from an established customer base
  • Helping MBM to grow its customer base by identifying, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Managing sales process from prospecting to sale close
  • Maintaining a high degree of product knowledge and industry trends
  • Managing communication with clients throughout all aspects of the sales process including scheduling and leading client meetings, negotiation of services, providing status reports, high level requirements gathering for service opportunities and responding to inquiries
  • Managing all aspects of the internal order process including proposal development, review, client presentation, negotiation of statements of work and final contract execution
  • Utilizing MBM's CRM to maintain accurate account and sales data
  • Providing service after the sale to clients by conducting follow-up meetings, review progress against initial goals and cross sell other services when appropriate

We expect that the successful candidate will possess most or all of the following qualifications. But, more importantly, we look for the right person who possesses not only ability and expertise, but the passion, desire and drive!

  • 2+ years of software sales experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Basic Windows server knowledge including Active Directory, LDAP, File and Print Sharing, and MS SQL
  • Understanding of Local Area Networks
  • Experience with Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
  •  A passion for customer service and an ability to be responsive to clients
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals, closing skills, territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, presentation skills, and client relationships
