JOB SUMMARY: Loads, transports, delivers, installs, removes equipment by performing the following duties.


  • Maintains MBM vehicle and other provided equipment in a neat, clean, and functioning form.
  • Fuels vehicle in advance of delivery schedule needs.
  • Reviews and verifies delivery schedule on MBM supplied Tablet and attached paperwork. Contacts appropriate dispatcher if needed.
  • Checks paperwork on top of all machines to be loaded, verifies model number, serial number and all serialized accessories.
  • Loads and secures all equipment onto truck using blankets, cardboard corners, and proper strapping. Warms up truck while loading when cold weather exists.
  • Protects equipment from elements when moving between truck and delivery site.
  • Confirms delivery, pickup and/or movement with customer prior to delivery.
  • Verifies address and records any special instructions or directions.
  • Drives truck to deliver equipment and products to customer's location.
  • Records delivery information on delivery schedule.
  • Locates customer contact.
  • Organizes and completes all required paperwork per delivery.
  • Unloads and tags all returned items.
  • Conducts a daily delivery truck maintenance check for operation and safety.
  • Conducts a daily review of required paperwork, tools and equipment needed.
  • Assists in other areas of the warehouse as needed.


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1 years' worth of experience driving a 26' box delivery truck (preferred). Will be required to pass a mandated Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.  
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record as well as proof of insurability (required).
  • Qualified candidates will be required to pass a drug screen, background check and motor vehicle report

    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as maps, delivery and installation instructions/procedures. Ability to write simple correspondence such as e-mail. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate to customers in person and over the phone.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to recognize and deal with problems in a manner that is acceptable to our customers as well as our business model.  
    • Basic knowledge of the operation and installation of the delivery equipment and office equipment.
    • Ability to be trained on forklift operation, ability to unload semi-trailers, place and retrieve items from warehouse racking.

        PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands and fingers to touch and move equipment. Must be able to reach with hands. Ability to speak and hear are essential functions. The employee is often required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently move equipment weighing up to 900 pounds. Movement includes pushing and pulling. The employee must also frequently use a mechanical stair climber to move equipment weighing up to 900 pounds. This may require a great deal of physical exertion with a pulling motion up to 150 pounds. The employee may also be required to lift approximately 100 pounds in handling and transporting items.


        WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
