We are looking for dynamic engaging professionals with a positive and "get it done" attitude.  If you're looking to start a career or join a team, then this is the place for you!   We are currently looking for a Strategic Products Specialist on our sales team.  In this role, you are responsible supporting the sales teams you overlay for production and solutions opportunities.  You will be the expert in putting all the pieces together (hardware/software/offline equipment/professional service hours) to achieve the solution needed.    This role will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction to our client base.  We are looking for a team player who is proactive, strategic, and analytical.  Strong knowledge and understanding of color theory, graphical applications, and general computer network architecture.  Must be responsive to customer needs with a sense of urgency.  Responsive to all inquiries and maintain professionalism always.  Travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex is a requirement.

  • Provide support to the sales staff for all hardware and software solutions within our product portfolio.
  • Consults with customers to engineer dynamic hardware and software solutions for current and prospective customers tailored to increase productivity while providing measurable benefits to the customer based on needs assessment.
  • Demonstrates the features and benefits of these products to internal and external customers.
  • Provide oversight and coordination of the demo facilities to insure they can demonstrate both hardware and software solutions effectively.
  • Provide client samples, proof of concepts, statements of work, and proposals as needed.
  • Assist with product launches, customer events, targeted marketing, and technical presentations to the sales staff and/or customers.
  • Provide product training for hardware and software solutions to external customers and sales staff.
  • Maintain minimum level of expertise on all hardware and software solutions within Denitech's product portfolio measured by testing and certifications both internally, through the manufacturer's training portals, manufacturer offsite training, and/or hands on training labs.
  • Work with team members to effectively implement hardware and software solutions.
  • Provides pre- and post-sale technical support.
  • Conducts problem analysis and utilizes troubleshooting techniques to resolve problems during and after the implementation process.
  • Requires valid driver's license, clean driving record and minimum levels of auto insurance.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.

  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.

Qualified candidates will possess the additional knowledge and skills listed below:

  • High level computer and computer networking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Production/Creative Color printers, Wide Format printers, and document management solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of fiery print servers and Adobe Creative Cloud a benefit.
  • Demonstrate a level of proficiency with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows and Mac computers, Ipads, and smart phones.
  • Knowledge of Soaring a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and personnel within the organization required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.

Desired Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, plus Associate's degree in Information Technology, Graphic Arts, or related field. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prefer 3-5 years' experience in a computer technology and/or graphic printing pre-sales support role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of color theory, graphical applications, and general computer network architecture.
