As an Inside Sales Paper Supplies Specialist, you are responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails, and receiving and processing customer requests for paper. 

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Identify, pursue and close sales leads.
  • Maintain current customer database; retain and grow revenue.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Achieve monthly quota.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Process incoming customer requests for paper orders.
  • Internal and external customer service and research.
  • Process invoices for paper orders.
  • Submit credits when required.
  • Provide paper quotes to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate drop-ship orders.
  • Responds to requests in a timely manner.
  • Work with Marketing to develop drop off materials or email campaigns to increase revenue.
  • Keeps attendance and punctuality in good standing.
  • Adheres to all company/department policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Be a team player.
  • Adhere to the Employee Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to work evening and weekend hours during peak periods.
  • Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

Must be able to proactively make outbound cold calls via telephone.

Experience in a call center a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  One or more years of Customer Service related experience is required, specifically with outbound call experience.
