We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to work from our Tulsa location. You will be responsible for establishing plans and strategies to expand our customer base, meet sales goals, and contribute to the development and training of a team of well qualified sales representatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience required
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
  • Must have exceptional sales performance and proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Experience managing a B2B sales team preferred, but not required
  • Ability to influence and inspire the sales team to achieve greatness
  • Strong relationship management skills with staff, customers and vendors within the organization
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Superior organizational skills are a necessity. Must be able to meet sales quotas and deadlines, while prioritizing conflicting demands
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decision
  • Able to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice
  • Bachelor's Degree and industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with minimum level of company auto insurance required

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all company approved go-to-market sales initiatives are appropriately implemented and progress is tracked
  • Develops a strategic marketing plan that aligns those sales initiatives with customer requirements
  • Acts as a mentor modeling exceptional sales competence and individual leadership behaviors
  • Execute one-on-one weekly coaching sessions with each sales rep
  • Uphold and implement company core values and ethics
  • Lead sales meetings and field coaching (ride-alongs) for staff development
  • Understand sales rep's personal goals and create a business plan to help them achieve those goals
  • Establishes effective partnerships with Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support and Management to assemble the right teams that win in todays' competitive landscape
  • Continuously evaluates opportunities within current client base to close gaps that expand and deepen our relationships
  • Assists sales reps to craft client proposals and business solutions with a high degree of confidence and strategic thought
  • Able to interpret market data for strategic decisions
  • Understand key drivers within vertical markets
  • Manage profitability and operating expenses within budget for branch
  • Ensure monthly expectations in revenue, gross margin, and documented sales activities are met
  • Provide accurate forecasting of projected sales in a timely manner
  • Responsible for helping Team maximize all product lines
  • Responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing and hiring potential sales candidates as needed
  • Establish and maintain close contact with customers and prospects in assigned geography
