What you'll do:

  • Coach and develop a team of Sales Reps to success
  • Oversee and actively participate in the sales process
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships.

  • Determine market strategies & goals for each product and service.
