SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Sales Support Coordinator expands and retains the customer base through account visits, competitive system identification, application selling, account qualification, and equipment demonstrations and training.  Assists the sales force to maximize productivity.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Processes sales orders and agreements for contract entry into operating system
  • Conducts audit and review of all paperwork included in a sale.
  • Processes, bills, and generates service contract invoices
  • Sets up and maintains detail of contracts.
  • Amends contracts to include variations, equipment swaps, etc.
  • Responds to internal and external phone calls and emails questioning contract or invoices
  • Enters rental orders for equipment into operating system.
  • Enters or imports and manages meter reads into computer system.
  • Enters or imports equipment records
  • Processes credits and associated rebills for service contracts.
  • Processes lease terminations and contract cancellations
  • Removes equipment from contract to include returned machines and printers
  • Provides Xerox and National account support
  • Supports contract aspect of customer web-based interface

 

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE                                               

  • Bachelor's degree (B.S) or equivalent from four-year College or business school preferred
  • Three (3) or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High level of patience and the ability to train others
  • Intermediate Microsoft applications skills
  • Previous ERP system experience preferred
