By joining our sales team you will become a trusted consultant to a net new client base you're responsible for growing and maintaining throughout your protected territory.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:
Strategic Planning & Business Development
- Architects a strategic marketing plan that aligns sales initiatives with customer requirements.
- Drives net new business revenues using a strategic direction and consultative approach.
- Interprets and analyzes competitive research intelligence to understand market drivers and business opportunities.
- Manage territory by protecting and increasing a profitable revenue stream within current accounts.
Internal & External Customer Focus
- Crafts complex proposals and business solutions to present with confidence and strategic thought.
- Conducts planned in person account reviews, evaluates current state, customer satisfaction, completeness of strategy implementation, and steps for account advancement.
Analytical & Critical Thinking
- Practices the 360 Selling Process by analyzing the customer's business communication requirements, and develops customized solutions.
- Reviews leads, pending orders and lease upgrades, developing action plans to progress each cycle.
- Meets forecasting objectives by keeping timely & accurate forecasts on account assignment.
Desired Competencies and Experience
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in niche markets- government, education, medical, etc..
- Have a College Degree in a Business related field
- A strong communicator with solid presentation skills
- Competitive mindset, with strong personal drive, & internal motivation toward high achievement
- Is deadline driven and able to work under stress and pressure
- Valid driver's license and minimal level of auto insurance coverage required
Total Compensation Package includes:
- Base salary + uncapped commissions & bonuses, with an additional auto allowance
