The Purchasing assistant will help maintain our supply and equipment inventory levels and negotiate deals with potential vendors. They will also be in charge with conducting regular price comparisons to ensure that the company is always getting the best price for each product that is purchased. Also prepping AV orders for purchasing, scheduling AV installs and collecting all necessary paperwork after the install.
