Right now we're looking for a Recruiter to join our team.

The recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, recruit, screen and recommend placement of staff for sales, service and customer support.

 

What would you do?

 

Partners with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such career fairs, community network events, etc.

Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the recruiting process status.

Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements etc.)

Coordinates associates Onboarding and Orientation on new associate's first day of employment.

Manages current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsible for finding qualified candidates and collecting new hire paperwork.

Coordinates interview, testing and orientation.

 

Position Requirements: The Requirements:

Possesses exceptional time management, strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Have a general understanding of HR related issues on a state and federal level

Proficient in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)

Requires considerable skill in interviewing techniques and a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure

Knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practice

Strong verbal/written communication abilities and strong attention to detail

Strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task

Strong sense of urgency, ability to execute quickly and efficiently

Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately sensitive information with tact and discretion
