The company provides a broad line of office technology solutions including the sale and service of copiers and other automated office equipment, network integration services, and electronic presentation systems.
Provide clerical assistance and data entry in all aspects of operation. Brainstorm weekly with co-workers and department supervisor for continual process improvement customer complaints & provide customer satisfaction. Enhance and improve current processes for improved workflow. You're also responsible for processing and billing in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

High school diploma or GED required
Prefer at least 1 year customer service industry experience
Experience working with Windows-based operating systems plus strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to work under stress; prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be very organized, accurate and detail oriented
Ability to handle high phone call volume
