Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all assigned payrolls.  Answers questions from Core Company HR leaders and Management, and provides necessary support.  Enters changes into the ADP EV5 system including but not limited to, direct deposit, W4, New Hire, Terminations and garnishments, and verifies for accuracy on the payroll output reports.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides outstanding client service to Core Company Management and staff.
  • Accurate and timely processing of all assigned payrolls.
  • Day-to-day payroll maintenance, including accurate and timely processing of payroll entries, garnishments, direct deposit information, and employee set-ups.
  • Provides support and training to Core Company Management and staff regarding payroll software and general payroll needs.
  • Provides reports to appropriate Core Company Management and staff using ADP Report Writer, Query and iReports.
  • Analyzes Core Company needs and provides appropriate recommendations.
  • Performs analysis of completed payroll and troubleshoots data inconsistencies; identifies trends and potential issues and recommends solutions.
  • Represents the Global Imaging team effectively; builds trust and credibility and promotes transparency.
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships; successfully contributes to high customer service ratings.
  • Appropriately handles sensitive and confidential information.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of and experience using ADP Enterprise (Version 5.0 is a plus) or similar ADP software.
  • Technical knowledge of payroll and related systems such as time and attendance, report writing and ADP iPay.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education; CPP preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years processing large volume multi-state payrolls.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; able to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
