Purpose: The Print Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and identifying opportunities to acquire managed print services (MPS) business from both an existing customer base and by prospecting for new business.


  1. Prospect and identify MPS opportunities in both current customer base and new logo accounts
  2. Effectively conduct a COS360 assessment utilizing the Six Sigma Methodology and Mapping Tool
  3. Cold call key decision makers to setappointments for the Managed Print Services Team
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding and promote the value of the COS Managed Print Services Solution
  5. Sustain activity levels, dials, appointments set and database updates
  6. Complete associated paperwork following each customer contact in a timely, accurate and legible manner to ensure all details of the transaction are completed according toapproved and standardized procedures
  7. Report daily activity, including contact information, appointments set, follow-ups, etc. in Sherpa database


  1. BS/BA degree in business or otherrelated field preferred but not required
  2. Previous cold calling / telemarketingexperience a strong plus
  3. Previous internship or relevant workexperience preferred
  4. Proficiency using MS Office, e.g.,PowerPoint, Excel and Word and the internet for research
  5. Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
  6. Valid drivers license
