Responsibilities:

As a Lewan Technical Coordinator, you will be a phone support staff member for commercial accounts. You will provide level one support for the gambit of Windows desktop, Windows server, Cisco, VMWare, Barracuda, and other popular technologies implemented by today's businesses. We are seeking someone with a strong technical acumen, and exceptional customer service skills, who is capable of providing clients confidence in the troubleshooting process. A willingness to work both technical problems as well as MACD's is a must. 

Skills:

  • Provide level one support for the gambit of Windows desktop, Windows server, Cisco, VMWare, Barracuda, and other popular technologies implemented by today's businesses.
  • Builds strategic relationships with customers.
  • Provide support for client issues via phone calls, email, and live chat.
  • Work with the team to prioritize tasks.
  • Track time in Lewan's ticketing and time tracking system(s)
  • Document issue resolution steps and final resolutions in Lewan's ticketing system
  • Work closely with internal teams on client impacting issues and escalate when appropriate
  • Travel to customer sites, to provide on-site support for their IT environment as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 + years of experience in a related field
  • Customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel to customer sites using your personal vehicle
  • Ability to maintain a clean driving record and proper motor vehicle insurance
