Zoom Imaging Solutions, a Xerox Company, is currently looking for a Product Demonstration Specialist to provide product training to customers, assist with the installation process, bring resolution to customer concerns, and protect and preserve the customer relationship. This is a customer facing, customer service role.
We are a sales and service dealership for Xerox and Toshiba products including copiers, printers, scanners, and wide-format machines. Our headquarters is in Roseville, but we have offices throughout Northern and Central CA. The job is based in the San Jose office, but the territory will be in Santa Clara County, Salinas, Monterey, San Francisco and the East Bay Area.
