So what will a Day-In-The-Life of a Service Hero look like?
As a Field Service Technician, you are the first line of defense against issues that slow or stop the pace of business for our clients. In this role you will complete diagnostics, installations, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, networking & software solutions. You will do all of this while managing and building excellent professional client relationships. You'll also be responsible, and rewarded for, achieving expected productivity levels (service calls per day, first call efficiency, etc.) Development of your mechanical, technical and network management skills, will be constant and we will see to it that you are equally challenged and rewarded for your growing skills.
