Description

The person in this role is responsible for supporting AOT customers with solutions to printing scanning and equipment installations. Answering product and networking specific questions in an effort to provide immediate support for issues that can be handled over the phone or at customer's location.

  1. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Answer incoming help desk line to provide technical assistance to AOT customers, field technicians, and sales dept.
  • Install equipment either remotely or at the customers site
  • Configure MFP's with customer network settings
  • Install print drivers on network servers and PC workstations
  • Build scan templates and setup scanning
  • Load MFP software on the network server and customer workstations
  • Load meter software on customer site
  • Support assigned software solutions
  • Performs other assignments as required

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certifications a plus
  • IT experience
  • Printing experience a plus
  • Windows desktop and server operating systems
  • Windows office applications
  • Adobe products
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization required
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
