The Account Manager (Major Accounts) is primarily a single solution for our Major Accounts Team. The position provides dedicated client support to the Major team and their clients. This role will assist with pre-sales activities, implementation projects, account management, and post sales account management along with other assignments as requested.


  • Requires extensive, accurate data entry for client walkthroughs, ongoing client projects, etc.
  • Ability to organize and implement efficient plans for walkthroughs and implementations to maintain accuracy of data, mapping, notations while completing in a timely manner
  • Extensive printing, binding, preparing of presentation materials for meetings
  • Frequent PowerPoint presentation creation for both potential and current clients related to sales, reviews, client events, etc.
  • Knowledgeable with the features and functions of several manufacturers of copier, printer, scanner, and Fax devices
  • Will assist with account management including but not limited to account reviews consisting of pulling customer usage reports and service histories to analyze current state in order to put together review presentation for customer on usage trends and service expectations
  • Able to solve customer problems independently while knowing when it is necessary to involve other parties on the Major Accounts team/MBM related to service, supplies, new device request, assessments, etc.
  • Print materials for Customers and/or Major Account team as requested
  • Visit customer locations for document pick up, drop off for Major Account team accounts
  • Will assist with new equipment site assessments and determine departmental needs and cost justifications.
  • Will assist with excess service reviews and insure end users are satisfied with the device performance and service resolution.
  • Perform other duties as requested

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites; e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint


  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years in a Customer Service Role


  • English (reading, writing, verbal)


  • Basic math skills


  • Valid drivers license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage
