TheStrategic Account Executiveis a vital member to our sales force at The Northwest Group (A Xerox Company). This position is responsible for managing the strategic relationships with our customers and developing new clients. This position requires collaboration from other internal specialist to deliver the best possible solution with professionalism and promptness. Self-motivated, team player are key qualities that candidates display.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceeds activity benchmarks and sales quotas, both in hardware and software.
  • Develops and expands current and new business.
  • Network and participate in community events to promote brand awareness.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction, throughout sales process and consistently afterwards.
  • Maintains current customer relationships through visits, calls, etc.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of range of solutions we can offer our clients.
  • Participate and complete all vendor and internal training required.
  • Ability to identify, manage and resolve issues in timely manner.
  • Excellent strategic solutions selling skills to resolve difficult problems.
  • Maintains a broad perspective, such as being able to identify key issues and contribute ideas to improvement process.
  • Educate customers as well as other team members with product knowledge and solutions.
  • Track and log daily activities within database system.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Excellent presentation, written and spoken communication skills are essential to the position.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suites, in particular Excel.
  • Demonstrate teamwork behavior.
  • Customer focused and concerned about the customers' needs.
  • Perform tasks with detailed orientated focus and accuracy.
  • Must have valid driver license, auto-insurance coverage and good driving history.
  • Experience in the industry a plus, not essential.
