QBSI is looking for a receptionist to add to our team.  This is a full time, benefited position, and can work out of either our Bellevue or Kent, WA offices. 

The Receptionist is an essential role at QBSI. Often it is the first impression our customers have of our organization. This position requires an individual who is customer focused, possesses excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and remains professional at all times. This exciting new position requires both an ability to handle reception duties, and additional knowledge and experience working with contracts and billing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guest as they enter the office and assist them to the best of your ability.
  • Answer as well as direct incoming calls.
  • Coordinate conference room calendars for managers and company events.
  • Prepares outgoing mail and packages.
  • Receive incoming mail and distributes it appropriately.
  • Complete daily filings and reports.
  • Assist the Administration department with invoice preparation.

Additional Contract and Billing Responsibilities:

  • Process any changes to existing maintenance contracts.
  • Enter and bill orders.
  • Submit credit applications and deals for lease funding.
  • Prepare custom spreadsheet invoices.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience in contract billing.
  • 1 year of experience handling multi-line phone/ switchboard system.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential to this position.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft suites, in particular Excel.
  • Demonstrates teamwork behavior.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure.
  • Customer focused and concerned about the customers /team needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Willing to work overtime.
