We are adding to our sales recruiting team in San Antonio, TX.

What You'll Do

  • You will love recruiting before you ever even meet us and you'll love "talking shop" with fellow recruiters
  • You will lead organizations as the go to expert in recruiting. You'll become the fine-tuned sales recruiting resource your internal client turns to for the talent they need to achieve their revenue and gross profit goals
  • You will become a student of recruiting and recruiting processes, tools, tactics, and strategies; and you will leverage your knowledge to improve the team
  • You will commit to managing the entire recruiting process and providing EVERY ONE of our candidates with a respectful and timely response to their interest
  • You will work very closely with President's, VP's of Sales, Directors of Sales, and leaders within our parent co
  • You will work closely with your recruiting team and manager to provide accurate and important statistical information that will either support our current strategies and tactics or encourage us to pivot
  • You will identify creative sources and channels to identify and engage strong candidates
  • You will be a MASSIVE NETWORKER and develops and maintains an extensive and engaged professional network
  • You will identify and leverage resources that work to get you closer to important conversations with prospects
  • You will be motivated intrinsically and you will quickly earn a significant level of autonomy
  • You will be an independent thinker
  • You will be 100% accountable for your own performance, success, and results

Skills We're Seeking

  • 5 years of recruitment experience
  • B2B Sales recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • 2 years of experience recruiting for multi-site and/or geographically dispersed facilities.
  • Proficiency in candidate development techniques and ability to source creatively.
