As a Shop Service Technician, you will provide service in a timely manner to ensure the quick turnaround of the equipment needed to be made ready for customer deals.

As a Shop Service Technician, you will provide service in a timely manner to ensure the quick turnaround of the equipment needed to be made ready for customer deals.
Duties:
Build, assemble, and repair copiers/printers at our Dallas Shop location
Troubleshoot, and diagnose digital copier issues in a connected environment
Interact with other internal departments, as needed to ensure equipment builds meet customer expectations, with the service performed
Install all manufacturer-mandated equipment modifications, upgrades, and updates on assigned equipment
Processall required paperwork associated with building and/or servicing of equipment
Perform related duties as required
Reports to and work closely with the Shop Manager
Work on equipment with minimum supervision.
Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines, and for end-of-month
Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
