A day in the life of a Field Service Technician
As a Field Service Technician, you are the first line of defense against issues that slow or stop the pace of business for our clients. In this role you will complete diagnostics, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, networking, & software solutions while managing & building excellent professional client relationships. You will also be responsible, and rewarded for, achieving expected productivity levels (service calls per day, first call efficiency, etc.) You will be constantly honing and developing your mechanical, technical and network management skills as you repair and service our clients' hardware, software, and managed services solutions.
