General Description of Position:

The individual works as the Contract Billing 360 App/FM Audit Supervisor, according to duties listed below.  They are responsible for providing leadership for the team, and will serve as representative of the Amcom team.  The should possess an information technology background to provide technical support for the team.  They also provide superior customer service and support, using telephone, email and web based remote access communication.  They will support devices in an environment that is primarily Xerox and various desktop printers.  They will work closely with branch sales, service and support partners to satisfy customer issues.  

 Essential Functions of the Position:

    1. Provides leadership, direction, guides and develops the members of the team.
    2. Possess the ability to navigate various network environments, antivirus software packages, operating systems, and network security.
    3. Prepares analytical Excel spreadsheets and reporting metrics to track trends and summarize departmental activity.  
    4. Supports on-demand network installs of FM Audit for customers and Amcom personnel. 
    5. Assists sales reps by generating volume reports for proposals and other customer interactions. 
    6. Utilize daily reports, SharePoint and Excel spreadsheets to track fixes, account history and all new installs whether done by the FM Audit team or not.

Educational Requirements for the Position:

  1. College or Technical degree preferred

 Experience Requirements for the Position:

  1. 1-2 years of office experience
  2. 1-2 years of making outbound calls
  3. Sales and/or cold calling experience is a plus

 Physical Requirements for the Position:

  1. Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
  2. Sit for extended periods of time in an office environment i.e. at a desk, in meeting room
  3. Ability to type on computer.
