 The Customer Relations Manager will support the VP of Sales and the Named Account Solutions Group by performing the responsibilities noted below. The Customer Relations Manager will be based in the Portland office.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate toner deliveries to main hospital and offsite locations.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on all equipment sales, set-ups, deliveries, pick-up
  • paperwork and billing requirements with all CTX departments. Provide status updates.
  • Coordinate and follow-up all Major Account orders with Administration to ensure delivery timetables are met. This requires advanced communications with installing dealers. Provide status updates.
  • Coordinate and follow-up all inter-territorial placements with appropriate CTX departments and negotiate terms with local dealers to insure that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate lease applications with CTX leasing administrator and obtain status updates.
  • Follow-up and trouble-shoot all service emergencies with service managers and dispatch department. 
  • Research and respond to all major account customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate all Implementation Plan training objectives and subsequent re-training customer requests and assist in training when necessary.
  • Conduct monthly Site Meetings with Service Manager.
  • Attend all Major Account Reviews, prepare for and attend all QBR's.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to interact with Account Executives, members of the various departments, manufacturers, dealers and CTX customers.
  • Ability to coordinate group meetings and conference calls.
  • Ability at multi-tasking 
  • A high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult human, technical and administrative problems.
  • High level of communication skills (both oral and written) in order to convey knowledge and ideas in a logical manner to others.

 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Physical demands:  Standing, sitting, driving, hearing, speaking, writing, attendance
  • Mental demands: reading, confidentiality, detailed work, problem solving, meeting deadlines, verbal communication, written communication, multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Based out of Salem Health Hospital, requiring minor time in the Portland office.
