As a Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for all aspects of ComDoc recruiting, to include networking, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding and providing general staffing support to multiple locations. 




To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and expertise:

  • Builds relationships with all managers to better understand their unique hiring needs. 
  • Works with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies that are specific to their department's or location's needs. 
  • Ensures achievement of ComDoc's annual business plan, with specific attention to maintaining sales representative headcount. Also is responsible for acquiring talent in sales management, sales specialist and general management and specialist roles. Acts as backup to service and administrative recruiters. 
  • Employs current and creative recruiting measures to attract appropriate candidates. Regularly attends marketing and recruiting learning sessions to remain aware of current recruiting trends. 
  • Ensures that sourcing techniques and recruiting practices are legal, consistent and reflect ComDoc's organizational values and beliefs. 
  • Reviews resumes, conducts phone screens, interviews for skills, availability, qualifications and salary expectations. 
  • Acts as backup for background checks, drug tests, Chally reports, DiSC reports or any other pre-screening tools. Reviews reports for "red flags" and advises HR Manager and/or Hiring Manager.  
  • Acts as backup for onboarding process, to include new hire alerts, new partner orientation, new hire paperwork, ADP maintenance and Referral Bonus tracking. 
  • Maintains metrics on recruiting activities, to include applicant flow, interviews, and hires. Updates and submits HR KRI report to HR Manager and Corporate Staff on a monthly basis. 
  • Prior recruiting experience required (2-3 years of experience)
    • Recruiting within the sales industry PREFERRED
  • Ability and means to travel on a flexible schedule, as needed.
