We are seeking a Managed Print Support Analyst. General duties will include working with and supporting our Managed Print Services and Service Billing Departments, traveling to customer locations to collect and track monthly and quarterly print data, and assisting with the analysis and preparation of supporting materials for customer account reviews.
The successful candidate is to have a professional appearance and possess strong customer service skills. Solid Excel skills are required, as well as the ability to run basic account tracking software. Must be detail orientated and enjoy working with customers. A clean driving record and valid license is also required. An Associate's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
