SUMMARY OF POSITION: Operates all FM equipment as required per account contract specifications.  Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Position is onsite at Niagara University. 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Operates all equipment, clears misfeeds, replenish staples and toner, etc.


  • Places service calls when necessary.
  • Works with FM Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains all account specific logs.
  • Takes meter reads.
  • Maintains inventory supplies.
  • Sorts and delivers mail.
  • Posts outgoing mail.
  • Completes all finishing requested including exhibits, tabs, colored paper, covers, and binding.
  • Prepares, logs, and distributes UPS and FedEx packages.
  • Delivers completed copy jobs.
  • Organizes and maintains all of the outside vendors invoices.
  • Performs various clerical duties as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE                                               

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS                                      

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Word Processing software, Email, and basic knowledge of Graphic Software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
