Description

The Managed Print Manager is responsible for the driving net new managed print business as well as retaining and growing your assigned MPS customer base. Success is measured by net new MPS quota achievement and managed print customer retention. Setting the example for writing good business within your team by ensuring; proper paperwork submissions, clear customer expectations, and maintaining appropriate margins

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a list of top 100 net new MPS targets and initiate assessments from this list
  • Take personal responsibility & initiative for net new MPS prospecting AND assist in driving team prospecting for net new MPS
  • Participation in teams weekly tele prospecting activities (BizDev & Power-hours)
  • Assisting with the plan for each team member to achieve MPS budget
  • MPS Funnel review in bi-weekly one on ones with each team member
  • On-ramp new MPS customers
  • Support team in leading assessments with over 15 printers
  • Achieve quota
  • Business reviews with accounts on provided list of current MPS customer accounts
  • 360 installs inside our current customer base
  • Printer adds for suspect and unmanaged devices inside our current customer base
  • Contract remediation for at risk accounts
  • Build relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts with focus on account retention
  • 3x MPS funnel for all reps on the team (value & quantity)
  • 3 active cannonball deals working in the quarter
  • Minimum 5x Customer-facing appointments per week
  • Monthly "Day of Print" Account Mapping Session
  • Minimum of 1 appointment per week from target list

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required

Experience in B2B sales or office technology preferred

Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

Strong presentation skills

Strong relationship management skills with customers and personnel within the organization

Strong negotiation skills

Must be proficient with MS Office suite

Must have valid driver's license

Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits

Motor Vehicle Report required annually

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Ability to work under stress/pressure to meet deadlines and financial objectives.

Ability to travel to customer sites, offsite meetings, company related functions, etc. with short notice and using your own vehicle.
