Primary Objective/Scope: The Order Processor provides operational support to sales personnel, is responsible for processing orders for MOS sales, and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.  The Coordinator provides excellent customer service and ensures that customers receive correct equipment orders as well as accurate invoices.



SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture
  • Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers, outside customers and vendors
  • Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with MOS's code of conduct
  • Generates internal customer facing Sales paperwork
  • Prepares presale information (credit approvals & buyouts) for sales teams
  • Audits commission tickets and prepares them for accounting
  • Compliance checks paperwork submitted by Sales
  • Stages orders in order entry process and tracks them through the WIP (Work in Progress) process
  • Responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed and delivered on time
  • Provides timely and accurate equipment invoicing
  • Updates customer and inventory records
  • Notifies Logistics of customer requests to extend terms of machine demos
  • Validates order information using the Equipment Price Book
  • Runs and reconciles applicable open order reports daily to ensure orders are flowing and issues are resolved




  • Bachelor's Degree required; plus internship experience preferred
  • Strong PC skills and very strong Math aptitude is required, specifically Microsoft programs – Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail and follow through on problems and projects
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and problem-solve
  • Strong customer service skills and capable of working with and assisting sales and logistics personnel
  • Ability to perform accurately under stressful, time-sensitive situations
