SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for -one or more of the following areas: producing and finishing large, high quality copy and print orders for our client.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains daily meterand service logs
  • Calculates charges forjobs performed and maintains some billing logs
  • Maintains records formanagement reports and inventories of supplies needed
  • Maintains accurate,complete, and up to date site procedure guides, forms and logs, and othersite branding as directed by Site Manager or Supervisor
  • Collects data for thecompletion of the monthly management report as directed by the SiteManager or Site Supervisor.
  • Orders paper, toner and other supplies as directed by Site Manager or Supervisor.
  • Follows production workflow to produce high volumes of work, usinghigh end digital printer/copier equipment.
  • Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, binderyequipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales incompletion of various jobs contracted.
  • Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, and PC.
  • Delivers completed jobs to pre-determinedcustomer locations within the site
  • Effectively prepares and troubleshoots various file formats and changes to PDF print-ready status.
  • Ensures convenience copiers are workingproperly
  • Checking for quality via daily inspections.
  • Clears paper jams and informs technicians ofspecific problems.
  • Answers customer questions regarding status orfeasibility of job requests.
  • Distributes office supplies, fax transmissionsand mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
  • Assists in the coordinating of workassignments to meet specific deadlines and service deliverables.
  • In the absence of onsite personnel, coveragewould be required to assist in the successful completion of the task.
  • May require periodic overtime on nights andweekends.
  • Other duties asassigned

QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED)

  • Attention to detail,good organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience usingtechnology to open a disk, CD, ZIP and print a document in the formatassigned.
  • Ability to read andinterpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and addressthem proactively.
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Work independentlywhen needed
  • Work efficiently with other associates
  • Able to read a rulerdown to 1/16th of an inch

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's licenseand minimum levels of auto insurance coverage

Computer Skills

Basic Microsoft Office suites navigation skills, Acrobat, Adobe, Publisher

Education and/or Experience

  • The ideal candidatewill have basic Microsoft Office skills
  • 1-2 years of relatedwork experience, and a High School Diploma or GED
  • Exceptional customer service skills area must
  • Related copy/mail/clerical experienceis preferred

Language Skills

English (reading, writing, and verbal)

Basic math skills

While performing the duties of this job, the employee rarely is exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
