Lewan Technology, A Xerox Company, is seeking a Printer Service Technician professional to join our growing team.


As aPrinter Service Technician, you will service, repair and troubleshoot digital imaging devices (printers) at customer sites. If you're looking for a job that gives youindependenceand allows you to work in the field, this is the position for you.   • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Understanding of mechanical and networking concepts.
  • Organizational and time management skills.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have computer, mechanical and/or electrical experience
  • Strong customer relations skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. without aid
  • Occasional bending, stooping and kneeling required in order to perform maintenance on the equipment
  • Ability to push and pull heavy equipment
  • Highly motivated and reliable self-starter
  • Must be a team player and be able to work successfully in a team environment
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits
  • Motor Vehicle Report required annually
  • Xerox, HP, Zebra, Dell, Wide Format and/or desktop printer repair experience preferred
