As a Logistics Coordinator, you will provide a wide variety of customer support over the telephone regarding network installs, training and solutions software installations. You will schedule on-site appointments for new and existing customers, to connect them with our internal resources. This position requires heavy phone and email contact with customers and coworkers alike. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination and scheduling and will be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce.
