Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Provides sales support to outside Account Managers and their clients. ISR's are responsible for managing the lifecycle of an opportunity (presales support, configuration, sales timeline management, order placement and post-sales support). The position requires strong communication skills, sales skills, technical skills and multi-tasking skills to work with clients and all stakeholders in a sales cycle (internal and external stakeholders, clients, manufactures, distribution partners). ISR's must be able to rapidly analyze and evaluate business scenarios, making calculated decisions and taking appropriate actions that are in the best interest of clients and the company. Job tasks involve high degree of understanding of the IT industry, distribution channel, and an understanding of technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • To support our outside Sales personnel (Account Managers) in providing quotes and billing materials for our clients.
  • Interact with our manufacture partners such as DELL, HP, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, etc. for entering order information and client data.
  • Daily tasks include emailing clients, account managers, manufacture partners, as well as internal engineering and order entry teams.
  • Provide updated status on projects, order tracking, and sales status
  • Talk on the phone to clients and engineers to provide support in the form of providing product quotes based on the client's needs.

 Education and Experience:

  • Basic knowledge of IT Industry
  • College degree or technical certification
  • Computer experience with CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, as well as any order entry systems preferred
  • Must maintain a valid driver license with motor vehicle insurance
  • Quick Learner
  • Must be able to work in fast pace environment and multitask
  • Minimal travel required
  • Technology VAR/channel experience or similar
  • Cisco sales, product & technical certifications preferred
