Inside Sales Representative (ISR) - Provides sales support to outside Account Managers and their clients. ISR's are responsible for managing the lifecycle of an opportunity (presales support, configuration, sales timeline management, order placement and post-sales support). The position requires strong communication skills, sales skills, technical skills and multi-tasking skills to work with clients and all stakeholders in a sales cycle (internal and external stakeholders, clients, manufactures, distribution partners). ISR's must be able to rapidly analyze and evaluate business scenarios, making calculated decisions and taking appropriate actions that are in the best interest of clients and the company. Job tasks involve high degree of understanding of the IT industry, distribution channel, and an understanding of technical concepts.
