We are the elite sales and service provider of digital document imaging solutions for Northern and Central California. As a Service Contracts Administrator, you are the front line to customer contract billing inquiries. When a customer has a question regarding their contract invoice, you receive their call and help them understand their maintenance agreement while you make our customers feel at ease, assist the sales team & provide them information regarding their customer's contracts, and set up maintenance agreements accurately & in a timely manner, all while staying on top of emails and providing excellent customer service. Your days will be busy and we need someone who can take it on with a smile and positive attitude.
