DESCRIPTION

  • Manages sales of the company's products and services in the Tucson Arizona market.
  • Oversite of service delivery in the Tucson and southern Arizona market.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel and oversite of service personnel.
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Manages the Tucson marketplace to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to recruit, train, coach and appraise sales personnel.
  • Collaborates with Vice President - Sales to grow the Tucson market.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business to business sales team leadership experience with proven ability to hire, motivate and lead a sales team.
  • Business to business sales experience in the Tucson market strongly preferred.
  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or training in office equipment or technology sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and working with a Sales database is required.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
