  • Repair office equipment using selective customer training to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner and be willing to "go the extra mile" to get the job done.
  • Communicate and interact with customers, sales reps, management, and administration in a way that is courteous, positive, and professional.
  • Provide accurate call close information, parts usage reporting, and track and maintain accurate assigned inventory.
  • Perform other duties that support Berney Office Solutions and our service organization.


  • Must have computer, mechanical, and/or electrical familiarity.  
  • Must be familiar with basic computer networking concepts.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.  
  • Highly-motivated self starter.
  • Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver's license with good driving record.  
  • Must maintain car insurance with company acceptable limits.  
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes.
