K-12 Inside Sales Manager

Duties:

• Develop a plan with the K-12 Sales Manager for effectively using resources
• Train and motivate inside sales team
• Establish written rules/guidelines for reps to use when pricing quotes
• Ensure Inside Sales Team is fully engaged in their regional team
• Develop relationships with key K-12 district personnel
• Daily/Weekly interaction K-12 Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals
• Implement and drive marketing strategies to regional specifications

Qualifications:

• This position requires 2-4 years of successful experience as an inside sales manager in a professional contact center environment
• Excellent leadership and motivation skills
• Looking for people with high energy and a strong desire to be successful
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills required for effective interaction with customers and regional partner
• Must have strong knowledge of sales force automation and database management experience
• Must have the ability to travel to all regional locations, as needed
