Sales Consultant - Account Executive

The AOT Sales Consultant is a full-time business-to-business sales professional who is responsible for gaining new market share and growing current accounts by offering our customers a full range of digital document solutions. Backed by Xerox, AOT supports one of the most talented workforces in the industry by offering advanced self-study, online and instructor-led learning.

Depending on business needs at the time, we will consider experienced industry sales reps and/or someone at the entry level with selling skills - college grads are wecome! We also are considering candidates for SmartPrint Specialists who work with sales consultants to uncover additional print revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
-Expand sales revenue and drive new market share.
-Applies consultative approach to evaluating customer requirements and proposing total solutions.
-Present value opportunities, solutions, demonstrations, proposals.
-Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed.
-Achieve total revenue growth, profit and customer satisfaction plans.
-Sustain sales activities; appointments, demos, proposals, cold calls, dials and database updates.

Requirements:
-BS/BA degree in business or other related field.
-Previous business-to-business sales experience. Outside B2B is preferred.
-Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.
-Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
-Excellent communication and listening skills.
-Proficiency using MS Office, e.g. Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word experience is a must.
-Work history that reflects commitment and achievement.
-Valid driver license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
