Description: | | This position at Electronic Systems Richmond location is responsible for receiving items purchased by parts ordering agents, routing product to the appropriate location, accepting returned product from service personnel and shipping product to vendors, manufacturers, customers or other ESI locations. Will ensure all information required for receiving is correct, information on the service call is accurate and communication occurs to the call support center, field tech, team leader and management. Will also help with general warehouse duties which include delivery of computers and peripherals, supplies, fax machines and setup of copiers at customer site.
Responsibilities
- Inventory experience in a service industry
- Copier delivery experience preferred
- Shipping/receiving experience via UPS & FedEx
- Great Plains & MS Office Suite experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Satisfactory DMV report required
- Must be able to drive a 16’ box delivery truck
- Familiar with Richmond Metropolitan area a plus
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
