Description: | Quality Business Systems, a Xerox company, is a leader in the fast-paced and ever-expanding technology industry since 1977. We are currently looking to add a Systems Implementation Specialist to our team based in Redmond or Auburn, WA.
This position supports the Professional Services team by helping implement and support solutions for our customers. Solutions can include Document Management Software; Print Auditing, Management and Control; Capture and Analyze Print Streams; Vendor specific software; or Transactional Variable Data. This is a customer-facing position, and customer satisfaction is of the highest priority.
Qualified applicants should have 3 years experience in an IT/IS capacity, intimate knowledge of TCP/IP including DNS, DHCP and Subnets, working knowledge and experience with SMTP, LDAP, SNMP, Windows 7 Windows XP, 2003 server – preferably MCSE, MCSA, Network+. Experience with Unix, Linux, Solaris, AIX, AS400, and Mac a plus.
