Qualifications: |
+3-5 years experience in the document imaging, document management or copier industry or related sales manager experience.
+Strong business-to-business management background.
+Experienced in leading a seasoned sales team as well recruitment, training and developing new hires.
+Excellent organization, negotiation, computer and communication skills.
+Results-oriented.
+Demonstrated strong team mentality, and desire to help team and co-workers maximize their own potential.
+Self-motivated, self-starter and a quick learner.
+College Degree. (Concentration in Business Administration is preferred.)
