We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to work from our Waltham location. You will be responsible for establishing plans and strategies to expand our customer base, meet sales goals, and contribute to the development and training of 4 well qualified sales representatives. Since Conway prides itself on having an excellent working atmosphere, the selected individual must also be able to interact and cooperate with all employees to add to the positive environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years experience in a sales management role. Industry experience is strongly preferred however we encourage applicants with extensive electronic sales management experience to apply.
