Duties:

We are currently looking for a General Manager for our Daphne, Alabama office. As a General Manager you will be responsible managing the sales, service, installation and operations of the region.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for revenue and profitability of the region. Including manage the P&L and budget process.
• Lead and grow a sales force, supporting training and development of the team.
• Identify target markets and develop sales and marketing strategies which will provide opportunities for growth.
• Manage the service and installation process to ensure projects are designed and installed to customer satisfaction and company profitability.
• P&L and budget responsibility for the operation

Qualifications:

• Strong business to business management background in a system integration business required.
• Ability to lead a seasoned team as well as recruit, train and develop new positions.
• Experience developing and implanting processes and procedures for project management.
• Understanding of business operation management as well as sales management.
• Experience in the audio visual industry or education technology is desirable
