Duties:

Job Responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Regular, punctual attendance through work schedule (M - F, 8:am - 5:pm)
  • Receiving and handling incoming customer service communication in a polite and business-like manner
  • Receiving supply orders from customers
  • Entering service and supply call data to company computer system
  • Dispatching Field Service Technicians via automated dispatch system
  • Managing customer expectations through tools and processes provided
  • Communicating with internal and external customers in order to create a favorable customer service experience
  • Collecting, auditing and entering various information from Technician paperwork
  • Report processing, according to schedule
  • Maintain Technician Schedule Calendar via M/S Outlook
  • Maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism

Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will possess the following: 

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Good work ethic
  • Ability to improve customer service experience through use of available resources
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, adjusting the message to match the audience
  • Good organizational skills
