Description: | Electronic Systems (ESI), a $100 million technology integration company with more than 500 employees, is actively seeking professional Copier Solutions Sales Representative for our Roanoke, VA office. Representatives sell a broad range of digital enterprise output solutions to include Multi-functional devises, printers, managed print services and software solutions. Representatives sell within protected geographic territories that include an established customer base while focusing on developing new business opportunities. The Richmond area marketplace has a high concentration of national headquarters and a well-diversified business base. ESI offers extensive sales and product training including a dedicated sales trainer, as well as manufacturer-certified trainers delivering training prior to sales reps going into the field. Ongoing online training and weekly one-on-one meetings with sales management provides a training-rich sales environment.
- Research and locate new opportunities for office technelogical products and services by visiting existing and new customers.
- Analyze customer business opportunities by identified vertical markets.
- Conduct extensive research on competitors to construct compelling argument as a value added reseller.
- Perform economic analysis, and product/rate comparisons.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations that close sales in a professional and effective manner.
- Keep informed of new products, services, and other general information of interest to customers.
- Participate in developing long and short-range sales and marketing plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and verbal/written communications skills required.
- Ability to work with people at all levels; ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, have high level of accuracy and be detail oriented.
- Computer proficiency in Windows environment.
