Dahill is actively searching for an  experienced Government Account Manager for our Corpus Christi Branch.

 

 Government Account Managers are responsible for proactively penetratating existing assigned accounts while increasing sales by making reccomendations for new products, enhanced services, or new solutions.

 

 

 

Duties:

 Meet or exceed monthly sales objective by growing and retaining assigned government accounts.

Develop positive business relationships with assigned accounts and serve as point of contact for questions or concerns.

 Define and deliver POST care services to exceed customer's expectations in a timely and cost effective manner.

Provide service solutions to meet customer needs including billing, expense management, post sale education and technical troubleshooting.

Resolve all customer inquiries on first contact. Prioritize activites to maximize sales productivity while identifying new areas for account growth.

Continuously keep updated on products, services and competitive industry dynamics. Participate in training opportunities and focus on regularly enhancing presentation and communications skills set.

Keep open channels of communication with sales force to identify new business opportunities within assigned territorries.

Generate sales activities reports.

Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree

5+ years of document management solutions sales role or progressive sales career path with telecommunications, technology or office equipment sales. Experience working with Xerox and Sharp products lines preferred.

Prior sales to municipalities, education, and other government entities.

Superior communication, negotiation, closing, and account management experience.

Ability to absorb large amount of technical knowledge.

Dahill offers a competitive total compensation package consisting of base salary plus commission to include auto allowance
