We have had a dedicated sales office in Waltham for over 15 years. However, because of our rapid and continued growth in the Greater Boston Market we have recently upgraded to a larger facility and are seeking a motivated and sharp individual that is looking for a long term career to join our seasoned sales staff.
You will be responsible for business to business sales in an assigned local territory in or around the Greater Boston area. The majority of your time will be spent prospecting and cold calling local companies in your exclusive territory to develop new accounts. However, you will also be given current accounts to service and will receive commissions when your customers renew or upgrade contracts. Because of our unmatched service, Conway boasts a 96% customer return rate!

Although we offer a competitive base salary and auto allowance with gas expense, this is a commission driven position with no limits on how much you can earn. Your overall income will reflect your dedication and hard work.

Qualifications: |
Two to four years sales experience is preferred. However, we encourage recent college grads seeking an entry level sales position to apply.
Hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm |
