Duties: |
Seek out bid opportunities
Receive and process bid documents adhering to all bid specifications
Work with manufacturers for special pricing
General administrative duties
|
Qualifications: |
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience a must
Familiarity with American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract documents strongly preferred
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft office a must
Must be detailed oriented and able to work with strict time deadlines.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Outbound sales experience desired
2+ years experience working with bids would be ideal but is not required.
