Duties: |
· Preparing Power Point presentations
· Word Processing
· Making travel arrangements
· Event planning
· Collecting executive expense reports
· Maintenance of company certificates of insurance

Qualifications: |
· 3-5 years administrative support experience required
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills imperative especially Power Point, Word, and Excel
· Must be professional, outgoing, and discreet
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to communicate well with co-workers, customers and vendors
